Location was ok club house non event

The caravan was WELL WORN Mattress was freddy flintstone Unfreindly Thought caravans had moved on ? Had to clean it our selves or live in expected squalour

Caravan itself was lovely

- Additional cost for dog although stated dog friendly so didn't expect a charge - Already was a lot of money for 2 nights - No hub passes/access to facilities included - photos on booking.com showed a child swimming so thought access to facilities would be included - Paid £92 for passes and entertainment was non-existent/awful - Didn't get to go swimming as the pool was shut on 2 separate occasions

The location is great, right near the front of the park. I liked that there was a hoover to keep everywhere clean too. Easy check in with a key safe.

The kitchen wasn't as equipped as others we have stayed in. We like to cook, and there's only 1 pyrex dish for the oven. Could do with a couple of baking trays. Good selection of cups for the kids, and plenty of plates etc.

Very uncomfortable double bed. The caravan is 6 berth, however dining table only had 3 seats. Missing chairs. Therefore as a family of 4 we couldn’t sit and sit together to eat our meals. The pans and dishes were also dirty.

Convenient location to our families caravan. Good walking distance to amenities.

Carpet and floors stained and dirty. No oven trays to cook, dirty cutlery draw,, grill hadn't been washed from previous guests, the only casserole dish in kitchen was burnt and dirty, kitchen tap was very loose and ready to come off, dirt under pull out bed in lounge, stains on beds, black mould in shower, double bed in bedroom was so uncomfortable with a thin mattress and bed frame was made of a fold out bed material so very unstable. Overall needs a good clean and upkeep.10am is check out time yet the cleaner was there at 9.30am waiting for us to go. Won't stay there again. Could only upload 4 photos but took several more.

Nice van ,well fitted out, couldn’t make the heating work and the shower head / flex pipe leaked,fortunately the lounge fire was good, so ok for 2 nights.
