Lazy Palm 4 Pools Short Walk To Beach! Sleeps 5!

The owner was absolutely fantastic to work with. Kind, responsive & took care of any issues we ran into right away. The location is amazing & the convenience of the golf cart was a huge plus. The condo smelled great, lots of extra blankets, sheets, ect & laundry in the unit was wonderful!

We were a little bummed that the on site fitness facility was actually closed down for renovations as this was a factor in our choice to stay here but we found alternative ways to work out down at the beach.

The property was located very close to beach access and golf cart made it easy to get too with beach items. Peir Park and many other shops, food and entertainment were only minutes away and golf cart accessible.

Nothing. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Breakfast was not included, but there was a restaurant just outside the property that served breakfast.

Brand new golf cart that was advertised was not available for street use and therefore my friend and I spent $150 in lyft rides to eat and go to pier park that we could have otherwise saved had the golf cart that was advertised been ready and available for use on the highway.

Pool was conveniently close, security guard was present, the location had a great family atmosphere, the apartment was nice, the owner was very responsive and very nice.

Honestly, I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like. It was unfortunate that the golf cart was broken but I understand things happen.

The golf cart didn't work. The host is creepy and watches and listens to everything you do with his ring camera . We had to leave which ruined our whole day with the family. There is another review just like mine . Don't book with this guy.

The condo is very clean and nicely furnished. The condo had everything that would make the stay comfortable, A home away from home. The golf cart was a nice addition.

20 minutes later.... $20 waistbands and $25 parking pass $150 total per property management. 45 minutes later..... The condo owner says he counted 9 people checking in via his doorbell camera. The condo is advertised as up to 6 guests. The rental agreement says an additional $50 per night for extra guests. The owner says 4 adults and 3 kids are too many people. I explained three of the guest are 1 & 3yrs old along with one 4'11 teenage girl. Left with no options I spent Friday evening not enjoying the beach but, Searching for accommodations and moving my daughter, son-in-law, and grandbabies out. The advertised golf cart had no reverse and would not start up on day 2 after a rain storm. The condo owner claims to know nothing about the reversing issues and was surprised that the golf cart stopped working altogether. Thought I had a great deal but, Got hustled.

I wasn’t informed that you had to be 25 years of age in order to drive the golf cart until after it booked. It wasn’t a huge deal, but was slightly disappointing.
