We rarely write Google reviews, but we are doing so to seriously warn anyone considering renting with this management company - STAY TODAY. We experienced a major HOT water damage incident at Hyde Beach House in Hollywood on December 2025, caused by a dishwasher showing a leak error code. This issue was reported multiple times and never fixed. As a result, the situation escalated and forced us to evacuate immediately in the middle of the night, with children, and without any assistance or support. We were left to rehouse ourselves at our own expense, with zero help from management. Despite clear promises of a partial refund, no compensation was ever provided. Booking.com confirmed that this company refuses to cooperate, making those refund promises false and misleading. Communication is a nightmare: responses are clearly AI-generated, there is no real human follow-up, and phone support is practically unreachable when an emergency occurs. It is extremely concerning that appliances are not properly inspected or maintained. This puts guests at serious risk. Do not be fooled by the photos. If you care about safety, accountability, or are traveling with children, avoid renting through this company. Rent directly with the building, where service and standards are far superior. One of the worst rental experiences we have ever had.
