Roomy/spacious, good location, air conditioning

Borderline nasty. Mold inside a picture, what looked like mold stains on the bathroom ceiling, visible pockets of moisture behind paint on kitchen wall. No coffee provided so I had to go buy some from the grocery store. Not the end of the world but coffee is sort of a bare minimum. No kitchen towels provided. The listing advertised a washing machine as an amenity but then the check-in instructions said it was not available for guests and there was a note on the machine saying not to use it. So I did not mess with it but access to a washing machine was one of the reasons I booked this condo in the first place. If I had known this was the case, I would have packed more clothing instead of laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Or booked elsewhere. To make things worse, none of the sheets or towels had actually been washed before our stay. They were brand new from the store. You could see the creases in the sheets where they had been unfolded from the packaging and the towels had cardboard tags still attached. They were full of loose lint and gross to use. Thankfully we had brought some beach towels and used those because eww. Who doesn’t wash towels before using them?! Again, bare minimum expectations not met. Not acceptable but we were stuck. They said no housekeeping would be provided during our stay and I wasn’t about to spend my vacation sitting at a laundromat, paying my own money to wash the towels and sheets that should have been washed beforehand. Overall, terrible value for the price paid. I’ve stayed at plenty of hostels and budget accommodations and this was more on par with that. It was definitely not worth $1000 with taxes and fees for 4 nights in such a grimy dump.

The location was great. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable.

Some items were missing or difficult to find and one of the bedrooms was significantly warmer than the other rooms. We were unaware that the washing machine was broken until we inquired about it and the pool area was nice but there was a wasp’s nest on the back deck.

Great location for my family of young children. We walked to Forsyth park on multiple occasions. Walked to multiple breakfast spots. And such close access to the children’s museum was very helpful.

Great location, 30 mins walk from the River Street. Free on street parking. The apartment is part of a historic building, it has original features and wooden floors. It is quaint and cozy. The beds were comfortable, but sadly the pillows were terrible, giving no support and left us with neck and shoulder ache. Would recommend taking your own. We enjoyed our stay but would say it’s overpriced for what it is.
