Marbella Old Town-300m from the beach

Apartament foarte frumos renovat in centrul vechi, dotat cu tot ce era necesar. In bucatarie am gasit cafea, apa, bomboane, zahar, ulei, otet, ceai tot ce era necesar. Ne am simtit bineveniti, comunicarea cu gazda foarte buna.

Great and centric location with lots of restaurants and shops. The host was very nice and communicative, he provided clear instructions and helpful tips. The apartment was super clean and spacious.

Location was very central in the middle of old town.

Very noisy and a bit pricey for the place which is quite rundown. The towels are old and unmatched with permanent stains so should be replaced. Same for the bed linens. In the smaller room the fitted bed sheet wasn't even in cotton and made you sweat during the night.

We had a great stay! Richard, the host, was very friendly and communicative. The directions to the apartment were clear, and he also provided helpful information on where to park nearby. The apartment is beautiful—modern, well-equipped, and in an amazing location. There were water bottles available for us, as well as coffee, tea, and sugar, which was a nice touch. The area is full of great restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets, all within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, and it's worth noting that there is no elevator, which could be important for some guests. Overall, a really nice experience and a lovely place to stay!

If i could propose: Curtains in bedroom could be better, should be possible to close the sun out

It had an oven. The Spanish don’t have many like this and usually just give a hob. It was homely. So comfy sofa and soft furnishings were lovely

This apartment is in the middle of old town with restaurants, cafes, parking garage, beach and much more just 0-5minutes away walking. We had a rental car and could park it 2-3min away indoors parking garage for a fixed price which helped us so much. 2 balcony’s where you can open the doors and listen to all the birds and get fresh air in the apartment. 2 rooms had AC which is really good since it’s ”winter” time and we could heat up the room in no time. The communication with the landlords was really good and they always answered quickly. I would 100% rent here again when I’m going back to Marbella!
