From the moment we arrived, it was clear that hygiene was not a priority. The apartment was damp,, and visibly dirty. There was mold in several areas, the air felt unhealthy, and it seemed like the place hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly in quite some time. The most upsetting part was finding a cockroach inside the property. That alone made us feel incredibly uncomfortable and frankly disgusted. We expect basic cleanliness in any accommodation, this felt careless and unsanitary. The bidet was broken. The ceiling fan in the bedroom didn’t work, making sleep almost impossible in the heat. One of the dining chairs was missing, which meant we couldn’t all sit together for meals. And the terrace, which in the photos looked inviting, had only cheap plastic chairs with no cushions. Clearly misleading. The chair on the photo was only one piece, so not really inviting to sit on the terrace. We think there are many better, cleaner, and more professional places to stay, this is not one of them.
