Very clean and modern caravan would definitely stay again

Great little caravan. Heaters built into all 3 bedrooms 100% a win for me this!. Beds are as you’d expect for a caravan not super comfy but not so bad that you can’t sleep

Would have been great to have some basic cleaning products such as a dish sponges, cloths, some all purpose cleaner and things like that to be able to wash cups up and wipe tables and sides down

Location good near fantasy island and shops /arcades

Matress in double bed needs replacing not very clean stains on it no protectors on it and very springy, bedding was also stained and very well used,when we got there one of the cushions in the seating area was wet and burnt like someone had tried to dry it don't know how cleaner missed it we noticed straight away the full seating area could do with a clean,also every caravan we have stayed in which is alot at ingoldmells have basic things in like washing up liquid,bin bags,cleaning products,tea sugar etc this caravan had just one bag in bin and one toilet roll nothing else also no wi fi even though says there is

Location was good and easy to find

The shower didn’t work properly, the caravan was very basic, only bedding was provided, but there wasn’t even hand soap/washing up liquid/tea bags. 1 toilet roll provided, just be aware you have to provide everything yourself. Caravan was freezing upon arrival.

Really clean, lots of space for me & my family. Also in a really good location

What wouldn't i like to say i would like a refund because the caravan wasn't worth what I paid. No WiFi like it said as I had a autistic child so that was a given that was needed. Not sure were the utensils were as there wasn't enough had to borrow off other caravan. Fridge had no ice box so couldn't make any ice. No hot water so either used cold water to washed the pots or boil kettle and no hot water in shower so again had to boil the kettle or used wet wipes not very hygienic is it. So nice and clean and close to fantasy island and shops but not worth the money that I was charged. Didn't stay the days that I paid for not fair when it was for my BIRTHDAY which was spoilt. And the television was to small and it was low down on a shelf you couldn't really see it

We liked the fact it was so close to everything. Fantasy island was just over the road. The caravan was spacious.

Couldn't of been any closer to everything. Was the perfect location

Nothing. It had everything we needed. We were out all day so as long as it was clean and comfy it's all we needed
