Nothing i like

Book 3 rooms coz they say still available in the system, when we arrive at night for check in, they say 1 of the room not available, then the other 2 rooms also not available for me coz i book 3 rooms.. imagine travel 300 plus kilometres and cannot get a room. How frustrate is that, not just that, after 2 weeks, they havent refund my booking money.. so yes worse hotel or even scam hotel
