Unit 807 Sunvida Tower across SM City

OOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We accepted the third room, it didn't even look like the pictures on Booking. The staff did not speak English. When we complained, they lied that we had accepted the room and that's why they wouldn't refund the price. The bathroom had a stinky sewer smell, moldy walls. We didn't even bathe. No one should choose this accommodation provider. I asked Booking to exclude them for fraud!

SCAM! Never messaged me to provide access to the property! Couldn't get in. Trying to get my money back. So far, Booking.com has been no help.

Teniendo reserva pagada y confirmada, al llegar nos dicen que no hay habitación, que hablemos por tf con la dueña, nos dice que no podemos entrar porque le han hackeado la cuenta de booking (todo en otro idioma de malas maneras, nos lo tradujeron en recepción ) y no aportó ninguna solución. Tuvimos que pagar otro alojamiento, por la cara de una de las empleadas, y lo que comentaban , debía haber overbooking y no era la primera vez que les pasaba. No deberían dar servicio así, fatal experiencia
