Everything as described, no issues

Not comfortable at all, most of things are damaged ,not clean like pictures, bad smell in apartment, we cant shut off the heater, call center was very bad we can’t hear and understand the person who is speaking.

The apartment was spacious

Heating was full on without any way to switch it off (in the middle of summer!!). The booking, payment and key collection was not easy (too many link and form). Would not recommend.

Although we never met the owners, they did respond promptly to our messages. They also refunded us the deposit quickly, after we vacated the premises.

Getting keys was a bit tricky, not unlike scenes from a spy movie.

location, bathroom was good and the apartment was well stocked

very noisy with building work, communication was not easy at all. very bright in the morning, very hot but had fans

generally in very good condition and the staff were very responsive. a well-stocked convenience store next door

The surrounding area is only “ok”. The flat is desperately in need of coat hooks - the management company were helpful in providing a coat stand but seem too timid to solve the problem properly with the owner.

Excellent condition and modern facilities with free parking. Within walking distance from Surbiton train station.

Difficult process to pay for accomodation and took several calls to obtain security deposit back. My daughter left a valuable hoodie in the wardrobe, obviously her fault but even after messages and calls, still awaiting to hear if it's been retrieved 10 days later, which is a real shame.
