Being charged for a cleaning service, and yet the rooms were not clean. The cellphone network is terrible for making normal calls.

The HUB is actually The Duke, I have no idea why it has another name. The location is perfect for a stay in the CBD. The flat itself was great, comfy bed, strong wifi, smartTV, well equipped kitchen, washingmachine- all you need for a selfcatering stay. After a somewhat strange check-in, I found the staff friendly, Premises was kept clean .

Its it nice indeed with a balcony, however as you are on the 1st floor, the gaps between planks on the floors above, gives you all the dirt from the balconies above you...You wont get any sunshine as there is a wall right in front of you. The stench from the refuseroom is unbareble, so it is not really usable. Rug in the room should be removed, and the bathroom needs a good scrub. A friendly reminder : pillows and comforter also needs a wash from time to time. The place can get quite noisy . I tried to contact the owner several times through booking.com, with no luck. You get your check-in/check -out instructions, thats all.
