Our host was very friendly and helpful. He gave us information about the place and well-oriented directions for all our questions. The room was super clean, spacious and well equipped. Located in the heart of Campagna.

"Due belle sorprese"

Normanni 28 e Campagna sono state due bellissime sorprese. In transito da Napoli a Matera, abbiamo scelto di dormire qui per praticità e curiosità, e siamo rimasti felicemente sorpresi. L'appartamento è carinissimo in una struttura interamente del proprietario, con camera funzionale e comoda per 4 persone, un bellissimo bagno privato e spazi comuni con frigo, caffè, bibite e brioches. Campagna era in festa per la ricorrenza della "Chiena", e abbiamo approfittato dei locali in centro con tavolini all'aperto dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo in un clima di vera festa paesana. Il padrone di casa è stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Colazione top con la convenzione con uno dei bar di Campagna dove abbiamo gustato delle brioches spettacolari. Lo consiglio!

Il borgo è antico, disegnato per le persone e non per le auto, per cui bisogna adattarsi un po' per parcheggiare. L'appartamento non ha l'aria condizionata ma era comunque molto fresco.

"Quiet, family-owned and operated B&B on the edge of the historic center of Campagna - delightful!"

Normanni is a family-owned B&B in the lovely town of Campagna near Salerno. It is above the center of the town, and the owner has a deal with a local bar for guests to have breakfast there, so you chose your type of coffee and brioche/cornetto. Facilities very clean and quiet.

Not an issue for me, but the shower door was quite narrow. There was also no elevator (I had plenty of help with luggage going up to second floor).

"Great place for great price"

Nice and clean, very nice house. The host was outstandingly nice and even when we had some misunderstanding on reservation, we paid only for the time we stayed and everything was sorted out.

There was small problem with water pressure due to festival in town and many people consuming the water. It is understandable, it's historic city. But there was still option to wash ourselves downstairs, so no big deal.
