Studio with Balcony and Parking - M47

The location was absolutely perfect I could not get much better. Another plus was free parking on the property at least for one car which I thought was awesome because everywhere else you go you have to pay the rooms were enough space for the four of us and honestly the area was not as loud as I thought it would be considering it’s so close to a lot of stuff you honestly don’t even need a car unless you’re driving somewhere pretty far because everything is right there you honestly don’t even need a car unless you’re driving somewhere pretty far because everything is right there They do provide beach towels which is also nice

The only thing that kind of ruins my stay there a little bit when We came back to the room on the second night we spotted like six palmetto bugs which I guess are popular down there I’m not sure if I should’ve been concerned or not but it definitely had me feeling icky

Property was really great. AC cooled, but wish it cooled even better. It also made a slight sound every few minutes. Not a normal AC sound. Hot water takes about 5 min to get started, but that was figured out quickly. Wish there was counter space in bathroom. Literally none.

I liked how close it was to the beach

The a/c was leaking the entire trip. Host was going to send maintenance but never did. We had to keep it off most of the time so it wouldn't continue to leak and room was extremely hot. The pillows were very low quality and not comfortable at all. And all the baseboards were filthy. Considering that they charge a cleaning fee, everything should be spotless.

Location was wonderful it’s steps from the beach and many places to choose from to eat. Room was clean and the AC and Roku TV was amazing. Very comfortable. The host Ariela was very sweet and helpful.

Adding some more toilet paper would’ve been good. Adding another trash bin aside from the one in the bathroom would’ve been nice as well
