The air conditioning stopped working in day 2 and the property didn't fix it. It was miserable for the remaining two days stay without air conditioning. I demanded a discount and the property ignored me. Even if the air conditioning works, I wouldn't recommend this place. Once you open the front door, you literally are on a side walk of the street. The traffic noise at night was non-stop. The sound proofing of the place was so bad we constantly hearing noises from the neighbors and the street. It is far away from any attractions and the city center. I have traveled a lot and this property is the worst I ever stayed at.

The staff was very polite and welcoming, and always willing to help with anything needed.

It was comfortable, clean, and it had everything we needed. The location is very good as well, with good connections to any part of the city.

Maybe a weak aspect, that does not affect the scoring in my view, is that the entrance in the appartment is directly from the street (I think it was previously a commercial space and it was turned into an apartment; I might be wrong)

The location of the accomodation is extraordinarily with many restaurants around. Metro is 5 minutes walk away and the main station is just 30 minutes walk away. The beds were really comfortable and the room was cozy and tidy. There was no problem whatsoever with the noise of the street as the windows are isolated and the street is quiet.
