Nothing, everything was perfect

This place is a once in a lifetime experience. We stayed for 2 nights on our honeymoon and it’s something we will cherish forever. It’s expensive, but the service from the staff, the quality of the room and the safaris are worth it. They make you feel special from the moment you arrive right until you leave. If you’re considering booking here, just splurge its worth it. Shoutout to the staff here, the best we had in Sri Lanka at any hotel. Everyone is so kind the drinks/food/cocktails everything is amazing.

Loved being in a natural reserve , the safari was the main reason we went there

The food wasn’t up to the standard of a 5 star establishment such as they claim to be.

We didn’t see a Leopard but we saw something much spectacular; some of the Sri Lankan finest hoteliers going the miles to making you feel at home. My wife and I loved it to bits! Great location coupled with an amazing team all across the board. We loved the accommodation, spacious and cosy; very comfortable. Housekeeping team did a great job too! Excellent choice of food and service; amazing team in service and in the kitchen, all of them are top-notch! Just to name few, Lihil from guest services and Janith, the super Ranger; they were fantastic. 😇 Thank you guys!! Thank you for an amazing 4 nights, which my wife and I left with reminiscing! We can’t wait to go back, and we definitely will! Very soon!

The place itself is very nice, with comfortable rooms, beautiful surroundings and great amenities. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the safari. Our guide was truly amazing, providing us with an unforgettable adventure. They were knowledgeable, engaging, and made sure we had the best possible experience. Overall, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
