Hellegata 5 - in the heart of Ålesund

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with the host's own artwork. The kitchen was very well-equipped, and the check-in instructions were crystal clear, making the whole process incredibly smooth.

Nothing to complain

Apartmán ideální pro dva. Velmi pohodlné postele, skvěle vybavená kuchyň (káva, čaj, olej, sůl, dostatek nádobí). Všude bylo perfektně uklizeno, komunikace s majitelkou výborná. Předání klíčů je snadné, ze 4. patra je hezký výhled na město. Klidná ulice, pár minut do centra města. Dům je na kopci a byt je ve 4. patře bez výtahu - nám to nevadilo, ale někdo s tím může mít problém.

Jediným nedostatkem je řešení koupelny. Po každém sprchování je na podlaze spousta vody. Neustále se musí vytírat, podlaha je dlouho mokrá. Umyvadlo je také malé a mělké, snadno namočíte věci okolo něj.

Close to town and local bus stops. Some nice restaurants nearby plus supermarket. Good size lounge/kitchen with comfy sofa.

Be aware: bathroom is very small, in fact a wet room (not at all clear from the website pics) with shower curtain dividing off showering area from toilet, and very small sink. Both bedrooms a bit cramped too, and far too much personal stuff in all the potential wardrobe space. No blind or curtains in second bedroom.

Mooie centrale ligging, ruim appartement, vriendelijke host en warm welkom via mail en brochure in het appartement. Vanuit het appartement kon je de stad goed verkennen. Het appartement is voorzien van keuken, wasmachine/droger en een badkamer.

Het appartement ligt aan een steile heuvel en op de 4e verdieping zonder lift. Als je veel bagage hebt of slecht ter been bent, is dit appartement niet aan te raden.

Praktisk innrettet, fin utsik

Everything ! Warm, cosy, comfortable, outlook, great location and walking distance to everywhere. We were also given a late checkout which was fantastic! Very responsive host too who was really helpful.

Some drawer space would be good as there is a wardrobe in the main bedroom but is is full of towels and bed linen.
