We are from Japan and spent 4 days in Cervinia during Christmas. The room was not extremely large but clean, cozy, and comfortable. If you turn on the heater, it warms up quickly. The kitchen and washing machine worked well. The owner kindly provided us with a bottle of champagne, other soft drinks, and biscuits. Whenever we had questions, such as how to turn on the heater, the owner responded promptly and kindly via a messaging app. There is always a trade-off between distance and tranquility. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach the village center, and you have to walk on a hilly, snowy road. However, unlike hotels in the center, the area around the room is very quiet, surrounded by just a few other cottages. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. You can see part of the Alps right in front of you, making it a perfect place to stay in and enjoy coffee and books on cold, snowy days. If you travel to Cervinia by car, the distance won’t be an issue at all. We had a wonderful time here. If we visit Cervinia again, we will definitely stay in this room again.
