NEW Fresh 3BD Prime Location Villa

Loved the decor, great sized rooms, clean big bathrooms, having a kitchen to cook breakfast in was great, & very friendly accommodating staff.

One small thing the pool didn’t see much sun so sunbathing was a tad tricky.

The location and size of this property were ideal. The communication with staff was amazing. They were so attentive to all of our needs, including assisting us with laundry and transport arrangements. The villa was cleaned daily and the housekeeping staff were very polite and accommodating as we often had to be at home during the clean and were somewhat in their way.

If I had to critique anything about the villa I would just say that perhaps the upstairs bathtub could do with a recoating as there are some rust marks starting to appear through. The location of the shower head was also difficult. It would be better placed on the alternate wall. The pool deck could also do with a sanding and restraining as it has very noticeable wear from time and weather exposure. These items didn’t significantly impact our stay at all.

Service staff was attentive & mostly available

From a 4 nights / 3.5 days stay, 2 days were completely wasted due to following functional issues with this Villa: 1. One-and-a-half day NO running water – meaning no showers for my kids, no flushing of toilets etc.. 2. NO electric power until 4pm in only this Villa (i.e. not a general blackout in the area). I couldn’t charge my phone, laptop for work, no TV for kids etc.. 3. NO WIFI from afternoon until next day afternoon 4. Faucets and showers only have SALT-WATER, meaning you can’t get clean after a beach day or the dirty mini-pool at villa The Villa itself is not badly designed, but NOT like on the Photoshop edited pictures that makes every room look much larger and brighter than they are. Very disappointed stay!

The property is very spacious and beautiful.

You must be very careful that the floor does not get wet or you’ll slip and fall. The bathroom can be slippery at shower. So be careful. It’s very clean and nice bathroom. The upstairs showerhead leaked so watch the floor so you don’t slip if it gets wet.

Nothing as advertised and seen on the pictures, yet the stuff was supporting at their possible best

The villa is located in the area that is dirty, full of construction and no silence time is observed. The 1st floor is in half-underground area, out of 2 bedrooms only one had a window- to the swimming pool. The swimming pool is very small (2x2) and the area needs repairs inside and around it and painting - the walls are molded, rain drainage is leaking. Haven’t seen anyone maintaining the pool in 10 days. Upper bedroom is spacious yet the sink got blocked and no one came to repair in 2 days. The AC in the living room area had to be changed after repeated requests. Kitchen sink pipes were getting repeatedly clotted and when it rained heavily, the rain water was running down the kitchen wall. Cleaning lady was supportive, yet cleanness is not up to the standards. Very disappointing experience in the house that is not well maintained - was not pleasant to stay there at the daytime, bearable only to come to sleep. Water in the taps is salty and bad in quality, brushing teeth with bottled water. Beaches at Seminyak are dirty and bad, pick other areas if you want a good family holiday.

The villa was beautiful! Is was super pretty and aesthetic and clean! Everything worked perfectly and the spot it was in was so nice and it was in a cute small and quiet alley way while also being in a super popular and convenient area! Along with the place itself being amazing the staff were even better! They were available to contact at all times and responded instantly helping with your every need! Over this place was amazing and perfect for me and my two friends! We loved it ☺️☺️
