Dos Hermanas Casita 3 Downtown Courtyard

Within walking distance to the Plaza, this Santa Fe casita is a cozy home away from home. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. Parking is easy and secure behind a locked gate.

The bathroom is quite tiny, but shower pressure was outstanding.

The four-poster bed was spotless and comfortable. The kitchen was useful and stocked with lots of dishes, silverware and pots. The living room was just right for two. The garden was lovely; I only wish my garden was that nice.

The only problem was the tiny bathroom. The shower was delightful (with room for two!!) but there was barely 2 feet between the shower and the wall. The sink was the smallest sink I've ever seen; too small to even wash a T-shirt in. The floor was pebbled and a little uncomfortable for bare feet. The small cart next to the sink wobbled at the slightest touch because of the floor. I would not recommend Casita #3 to anyone with bad balance issues because of the bathroom.

Good location, very nice courtyard, comfortable bed, great kitchen. Would be great to stay here in the fall, winter, or spring.

AC doesn't work lower than 70 degrees and it is not central air. We were there during a heat wave and the adobe structure held the heat lilke an oven. It was sweltering inside with only a fan in areas outside of the bedroom. The AC was not cold enough to cool down the bedroom and the control had a warning label stating the unit would freeze if set below 70. It was hot and miserable all night. For anyone who likes a dark room to sleep in, that was also not possible in this unit due to all of the porch lights behind the bedroom window. Fortunately we had sleep masks. Seems overpriced considering they know the AC isn't functioning right.

Very comfortable. Great location. Clean. Beautiful patio, we really enjoyed listening the water fountain. Private parking. We visit Santa Fe one e a year, we found a great place to stay.

Very tiny bathroom and minimal sink in our unit. Did not get explanation about heating options in advance.

The quiet, convenient location; rooms were well appointed. Nice kitchen. Very comfortable bed; lots of hot water. Staff was very responsive. Love the outdoor fountain. Too bad it was too cool to sit outside and enjoy the lovely garden. Also like the keyless entry system.

Bathroom sink was a little small. Otherwise highly recommended staying here.
