Blue Terrace - Free Parking - Sea View - WiFi

Hi. The view it's beautiful, the property has a few issues, it was reported by another person and I hoped it was fixed but apparently it's a problem with the building and they can't fix it... Water pressure it's very bad 👎 They don't have a modern TV it's an old tv without the function of Smart tv, I couldn't watch something on Netflix... They don't have a cofee machine like dolce-gusto or other pod-machine ( it's a flat, it should have the basic necessities to have a coffee in the morning) When I entered it was a bad smell, they should open the windows and sprinkle a little air-wick inside, especially when it was 1 there... The manager asked me to report all of this in private to fix them without having a bad review, I've accepted and told them if this things will not be fixed when I'll come next time there, I'll put my onest review here. They got angry 😠 😡 👿 and accused me that I'm treating them, absolutely mind-blowing disrespect 🤯🤯🤯 For this reason there you have it ! Overall it's a decent property but they should make some effort to make it even better and please change the management they shouldn't speak with people like this !!! This is not acceptable !!! 🤡🤡🤡

We liked to stay in the apartment ,The host or agency was very responsive and responding to any questions very fast .This apartment is quite little and it was a bit small for 3 adults since some of us need to have some work done remotely but at the same the terrace is awesome and huge and we truly enjoyed it for some home dinners or playing cards or staying on the sun in the morning . The state of the place is very good ,clean and equipped,, air conditioner is functioning very well(what's was most important to have in July in Italy) The apartment is also very close to the beach and also several bakeries around if u want to take a coffee or any pastries.

The location near the beach and buses. Also that it was in a more residential area, meaning less tourists.
