Stay to absolutely avoid. We booked 5 nights at this property in May 2026 and had to leave after only 2 nights due to unsanitary and unsafe conditions. The property is dirty, poorly maintained, and posed a real health risk. After checking, we found multiple recent reviews mentioning bed bug infestations and similar hygiene issues, which the management clearly ignores. We contacted Booking.com from Madrid to report the situation. Their own agent confirmed on the phone that the property manager does not even speak English, which is a direct violation of Booking.com's partner conditions. We were told the property would refund us, but the manager has since gone silent and refused to respond to any communication. We paid 166 EUR for a stay we could not use, and had to book and pay for alternative accommodation in emergency. Do not book here. The conditions are not what is advertised, the management is unresponsive, and getting a refund is nearly impossible.

La posición del alojamiento y la limpieza

Lo que me pareció muy incómodo fue que no había mucha privacidad y tranquilidad de parte de los trabajadores: -el personal de limpieza entraba a cada rato a limpiar haciendo ruido por la mañana, mientras que uno desea dormir -un trabajador pintando el cuarto sabiendo que hay chicas y no dio modo para descansar porque me sentía invadida en mi privacidad -las chicas del alojamiento eran muy silenciosas y tranquilas con ellas me encontré bien

El trato de la señora de la limpieza, me dieron una cama que no había reservado y encima la señora se puso malcriada, el baño es mixto, sin nada de privacidad.

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern, die Küche ist nur mittelmäßig sauber, war sonst war ich zufrieden.
