"Bed bugs and not all rooms are sanitized"

I arrived at the property and I found a health officer and the property's lawyer, and overheard discussions indicating that three rooms out of six had already been treated for bed bugs, while the others still required treatment. Given these circumstances and the potential health risk, I did not feel safe checking in and decided to leave. I asked for a refund and was denied. I lost the cost of my reservation and had to find alternative accommodation. This was a very stressful experience and I cannot recommend staying here.
