Ocean Flats 3 - Lauderdale-by-the-Sea

Me encantó el excelente trato que tuve por los que administraban el alojamiento, tuve en dos ocaciónes un problema en el que no fue culpa de los administradores, pero rapidamente mandaron a alguien a ayudarme con una buenisima predisposición. En nuestro caso, le había pasado algo a la cortina y lo arreglaron al día siguiente mandando a alguien.

Lo único que siento que faltó fue una sartén para el horno cómo para hacer pizza por ejemplo.

The location was perfect ,a mere walk to anything you want, grocery, beach supplies and a day trip in the area was there .The apartment or maybe a studio offered everything I needed ,a good bed great mattress and a bathroom and kitchette was available for the meals .Laundromat was there ,Ok washer c and dryer for the asking $3.00 for a complete wash ..

The hot water was warm ,not really hot .This was in place to prevent burns . S3w2xes

The room wasn't that clean and there was no housekeeping for 4 nights

Ubicación buena, silenciosa, cerca del supermercado y la playa. Cama cómoda y habitación espaciosa.

Faltan muebles de exterior así como sillas para la playa.

Walking distance to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. Room was located away from the street so no street noise and there was a nice courtyard. Would recommend staying here.

Good location cheap laundry.

Lack of bath fixtures. Kitchen needs ventilation.

Great Location easy walk to Publix, Beach and the restaurants at Lauderdale by the Sea centre. Quite roomy, comfortable bed, large fridge/freezer and access to Laundry. Car Parking on premises.

The Air condition unit looked new but was very noisy fortunately it was cool enough when we were there mid November to turn it off when sleeping. When some of the other units were in use Wifi slowed down a bit.
