Ocean Flats 1 - Lauderdale-by-the-Sea

It was a perfect location for us and parking was easy.

The fire alarms weren't working, the beds weren't comfy and the showers went hot and cold when someone else turned another tap on and the washing machine and dryer were coin operated

We liked the proximity to everything we needed, beach, groceries, restaurants

i messaged the rental agency earlier about a few items that needed some attention.

A/C noisy

Nice locations , close to the beach , supermarket, pharmacy.

Beds were uncomfortable. Air conditioners were too loud.

Absolutely great location and neighbourhood, the beach only 5-minutes walk, Publix and Dunkin's only 2-min... Flats 1 was totally clean and fresh, this place highly enough for 3-5 ppl with two nice bedrooms and two nice own bathrooms.

Cutlery is so poor... although there are many knives but only 2 dessert forks and 3 table spoons. The dinning table and the sofa could be bigger. The bed was comfortable, but the plastic wrapper under the sheet not so comfy, we can easily swim in our sweat even if the A/C is turned on. Anyway, this type of A/C was very loudly especially in the night.
