Albatros 12-8 Sea Views Levante Beach

Loved the apartment, Had everything I needed and In a good location. It is a lot smaller than the pictures though, They must’ve been taken with a wide angle lens as the kitchen especially is tiny! Though it was fine for me. There was plenty of clean sheets and towels, the bed was ok and was a memory foam mattress, Pillow’s were a bit too soft for me. Didn’t use the sofa bed as I was alone. Only downside to my stay was the neighbours, Far too noisy especially at night! Kids screaming and banging till midnight, and on my second night I was woke up by the man shouting out the window at 2am! It really put a damper on my holiday. The Wi-Fi went off a lot even after it was sorted for me on the second day. Benidorm Booking staff were lovely, Very helpful. Felix was a star who came to apartment and fixed the Wi-Fi for me, Very friendly guy and the girl with the orange hair on the desk was also nice and friendly Pool area was lovely, nice landscaping and clean.

The very noisy neighbours. Even though I wear earplugs at night, I couldn’t get to sleep until they did. It’s the only thing that I didn’t like about the apartment I had saw a few other people mention this in the comments too and thought I’d be ok wearing earplugs but it was bad! No fault to Benidorm Booking but it’s very off putting and a shame as the apartment itself was great. Also there was no oven only a hob and microwave so k was limited to what I could cook and ate out most of the time

Excellent location, apartment was very clean and comfortable, staff all very friendly I will definitely be back.

I didn't know about the damage deposit, I may not have noticed it when I booked?

Great location, close to everything, beautiful view from the flat. They change linen and towels.
