"Absolute disaster do not book"

Literally only the view

- lamps didn’t work we had to live in the dark in 2 rooms - no hot water last 2 days - got locked in the building and had to jump fences at 11pm - no response from host when there’s issues - ignoring complaints even when contacted by booking.com - it’s an apartment not a villa - the pool is shared

The location and the view

The apartment showers didn't have cold water at all. Out of 3 showers only one was able to be used because  two of them didn't have cold water. We reach out to the property manager on the first day to let them know and they keep avoiding the situation by playing that they don't understand what is wrong with the showers. We did send them a video and they still didn't bother to fix the situation.  We were 6 people trying to use only one shower that was located in the laundry room that smelled of mold .

"Incredible views"

Part of a 20+ row of condos on top of a cave, all below the inconspicuous parking at street level. Condo complex name is IL SUK. You have your very own private green sunny terrace with amazing sunrise and views of nearby isola Bella and continental Calabria. A sea water shared pool is available at the elevator end of the long corridor. It says it's not open until 15 of May, but it opened 3rd of May, although water was freezing. Another elevator and stairs connect down to the very boat-popular cave (can't remember it's name, could be "love cave" or something). Overall very cool accommodation.

Lots of stairs, elevator was far away. The building is complex, not very straightforward. Had to thoroughly go through all the video tutorials kindly provided by the host. Only found the other 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms across the hall on our second day (that's on us) :))
