"Besides the mattress everything was ok. Would stay here again."

Location and price.

The pull out bed needs a new mattress. It’s like you were lying on the floor. We ended up buying a blow up mattress. One bathroom did not have a trash can.

It was amazing. The room had everything we needed. The beds do need a little upgrade. Other than that the stay was great. The facility was friendly. My kids loved the lazy river!

It wasn’t clean, dirty towels! Dirty dishes! It took forever for us to get into the room even if I requested to check in at an earlier time! Reception was rude !

Laurel from Camelot by the seas was absolutely amazing doing everything she could to help us find a room

We will never use Booking.com ever again. We got to our room on December 25, and the room was so dirty, there were at least 15 or more dirty towels. All the beds were a mess. At least 4 parking passes on the table. I haven't seen a room so bad. I Talked to the person we booked the room with and he offered to just refund us but the cost of the rooms were now double the price so we had no where to stay. He was trying to see if someone could clean the room. After 2 hours, he was not sure when the room was going to be done. We ended up having to pay double the price for a room to stay in

"Could’ve been better."

The most important thing to me as that the unit was clean! Whoever their housekeeper is was on point. I used to run a cleaning business so im very picky.

I didn’t like that the unit was run down and in need of updating. The beds were horrible. The walls were scuffed up badly, burn marks on the counter and the worst thing is the sliding glass door took all your strength to open and close and about halfway open it screeched like nails on a chalk board! The sheets on the king size bed was two flat sheets that were a nasty dingy color.
