The apartment is confortable for up to 6 people with two bathrooms for a short stay visiting the city if you don’t plan to cook. The staff was kind and helpful when you can get in touch with the host that will check you in. There is a parking lot available but we didn’t use it, I don’t recommend having a car in Lisbon.

The apartment installation and furniture is very old, some things were broken, including the kitchenware which makes it difficult to use. The thing is that you are charged a €250 deposit to cover for the misuse of the facilities and things are already broken or almost. Communication with the booking agent is not very clear including such terms and other city taxes not included in the reservation. There is only one key for all the guests. The nearest metro is 10 min walk away downhill from the apartment. Difficult to get by with luggage.

Location was OK. The street was quiet, market was close by. It is not too far to the main attraction (approx. 1 km), definitely walking distance. The apartment is really specious and the building is taken care of. Having two washrooms was really convenient. Washing machine was a nice bonus as well. Parking - even though it was small - but it was free, so we appreciated that.

The street the building is located on is good, but streets and the neighbourhood on the way to the city centre is not the nicest. Parking can really be a problem. It is stated in the listing that it fits small cars only, but I did not realize HOW SMALL. We had Suzuki Arona and we barely made it in. The spot itself is OK, but the ramp in the garage is very narrow. But it depends on your driving skills and level of risk tolerance. I've seen many cars the same size as ours parked there, so it is possible.

Still not clean and dirty at 16:00 upon check in. Deposit 250 euros not previously informed and directly withdrawn from account for a prepaid one night !.. Damaged old sofa. Doors could not close due to damaged flooring. Damaged bath tube and dirty bathroom. Worst experience during our 6 weeks trip in Europe !

The apt was great, very clean and comfortable. Good location and priced well.

Check out could be in line with hotels 12 noon. There was absolutely no hot water for the 3 days we were freezing trying to wash.

The apartment was very basic and not in really nice location. The patio was very small. and one of the 2 showers wasn't working, some cupboard handles in the kitchen were coming off and it was very difficult to reach anyone for help ? Because the lady who gave us the keys forgot to mention that the outside main entrance door doesn't use a key but a code which she didn't give us...so we were locked out first night but luckily the neighbors opened the door and then the next day it took a whole morning to resolve the front door .... nobody from apartment was picking up the phone so i had to call booking.com for help!! I do not recommend this place the pictures are very deceptive....

Nice to have a washing machine & outside space to hang it, everything you need in the kitchen, lovely to sit on the balcony & nice view, easy to walk everywhere

No hot water in the shower in the bathroom with just a shower, which is ok if you like cold showers!! 😱 Could not get any Tv channels only one music channel, pillows very uncomfortable, sofa & table & chairs very tatty, kitchen has handles hanging off, Tv socket hanging off the wall, apartment needs a make over!
