The layout was good

Dirty floors cobwebs down sides of beds no usable patio furniture pans not suitable for the induction hob.

Excellent facilities and very well equipped. Great location to explore nearby beaches or the Norfolk Broads. Site facilities were excellent and good value for money. Our second stay on this site and we loved it.

Absolutely gorgeous modern chalet which was fully equipped with everything that we needed. Nice little extra of toys for the children to play with indoors and outdoors. Nice little shower.

The only thing is the mattress on the double bunk bed was a little uncomfortable but other than it was a lovely place to stay

Outside line not working.two chairs broken .light in second bedroom was arking.then not working.pots in kitchen bottoms was dirty had to scrap the bottom of the frying pan for it to work on cooker.toilet holder on wall in bath room broken it was no more.for how much it cost it wasn't up to standard.didnt leave £5 in metre as there was only 26 p in metre when we arrived.needs someone to examine the chalet it was a nice holiday and could be lovely if it was up to scratch.

The chalet was clean and warm. It was in a good location and very peaceful. The double bed was comfortable.

The sofas were very low and hard to get up from. Some of the pans need replacing and some furnishings were a little tired.

Chalet was beautiful throughout

Partner complained about only 1 pillow each and sheets were not already put on bed for how much we paid to stay.

Lock box was conveniently placed

No central heating and the electric heater in the master bedroom didn’t work.
