Apartment--- 1 Bed in Naas

Location was key for this trip as we were going to the races at Punchestown. Just on the edge of Naas it was a perfect place to stay. Easy walking distance into the Town. The property was very clean. Gavin was an excellent host. Very communicative before and during our stay with information about travel and local amenities. Would highly recommend.

It is a cute clean apartment exactly as pictured

It was listed as non-smoking and that is clearly not the case. It smelled as though a chain smoker lives there. Everything we had stunk when we left. We'd originally booked 2 nights because it said nonsmoking and left in less than 24 hours due to the smell and travelling with someone with severe asthma. If the smell doesn't bother you it's really a cute place. The host was accommodating we were able to check in 2 hours early which we appreciated, however when contacted to let them know we couldn't stay never heard from them again. We prepaid for both nights so we're out the cost of the second night and for the cost of a more suitable accommodation unfortunately. For that reason would not recommend.

Flat was bigger than I expected. Very clean and clearly recently refurbished. Ample parking behind the flat, and safe as the next building is a police station 😁. Kitchen had more equipment than I expected, with plates cutlery etc.

Locking the front door was a bit weird but I guess normal in Ireland 😆 Too few power sockets in bedroom, especially as the only ones were behind the bedside table. Well, I just moved the table away to sort that, though the table was then in a weird place 🤣. Finally, apparently there was no antenna /cable tv, just a Samsung tv app with some random channels showing Baywatch etc 😆 Well, I opened the Youtube app on tv with my user ID so that worked. And no sound insulation but luckily neighbours went to sleep shortly after midnight. Otherwise, all good!
