La ubicacion

Falta de menaje de cocina,el que había sucio.Falta de mantenimiento.Un armario tenía una puerta descolgada,se avisó pero no apareció nadie para solucionarlo

Location was convenient, several restaurants and supermarkets around, 10 min to the beach

It all started with check in, when they told us that we’ll be charged 20€ for check in after 7 or 40€ after 12pm (free check in 4-7pm only). Moreover, they try to charge you for everything (calls and assistance after 7pm also cost 30€, not taking out the garbage after check out 20€), that is not acceptable, because cleaning in included in the price. The property was badly cleaned: dirty dishes and dirty balcony. There was a very little amount of toilet paper for 6 people and no napkins/paper towels/soap/shampoo. The tea pot didn’t work. We were 6 people, but there were only 5 packs of towels. Also no blankets, only 4 coverings for 6 people!!! And check out at 10 is inhumane
