New 4 star apartment M&A in town Cres

The house has a very nice parking and is 3 minutes walking from the city centre. The apartment is recently renewed, very large and comfortable, with a very large dining room and a beautiful terrace on the back of the house with relaxing view. The bathroom with shower is large and comfortable and equipped with a washing machine, as well as the main bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with all needed. The Host lives on the first floor, and is very kind and proactive - providing all instructions in advance and all the leaflets on the places to visit/go on the Cres island. Excellent wifi signal and smart TV connected.

The main entrance door is largely made of glass, so the dining room does not get as dark as a bedroom during night-time, which can be an issue if the sofa is used as a bed (as per our case). The curtains of the bedroom as well do not allow a "good" darkness during the night. The building lies on the main access road to Cres - the bedroom has the window on that side, so could be a bit noisy during the night.

Marina (hostess) was very accommodating, we were able to check in earlier than anticipated so that was super! Apartment was really nicely done, quite spacious. Nice to have a small outside sitting area. Parking on property was also very convenient (although not really clear beforehand). TV service (Netflix) was great, too! Good location, walkable to the town of Cres, and Marina also gave us great recommendations.

I think the whole family walked past the large windows (living room area) several times in the afternoon/evening so we closed the curtains at some point for privacy (but then blocked out quite a bit of the natural light). The apartment is quite noisy as well: the baby cried a few times during the night and despite living upstairs it was still clear to hear downstairs. Same for getting up in the morning, when the family got up around 6:30 we could hear the toilet flushing, shower, etc. My husband slept on the couch with the tv on to drown out the noise…

Perfectly equipped appartment with everything you need. Brand new, clean and very comfortable. Super friendly hosts as well.
