Esperienza molto negativa. Abbiamo passato la notte al freddo perché non funzionavano né i termosifoni né il condizionatore. Nonostante l’intervento della signora, il problema non è stato risolto. Ci sono state date coperte prese da un’altra casa, che non erano lavate. Nessun rimborso per il disagio, solo la promessa che “la prossima volta non pagheremo”. Considerando il servizio ricevuto, non lo consiglio.
