1) Sandy Bottom is one of three apartments within the property. Located on the ground floor, there are two occupied apartments above. With apartment style living some noise from above may be expected. 2) Please note there are external steps leading up to the front entrance. These may not be suitable for accessibility reasons. 3) There is no private parking with this apartment and a parking permit is provided for the local car parks. Please note the parking permit does not guarantee a parking space and at peak times during peak season Combe Martin can become busy. 4) PARKING PERMIT TERMS: •The parking permit is valid in all Combe Martin Council car parks only. It is available for use during your stay only. It will be in the apartment for you to collect on check in and MUST be returned to the apartment on check out. •Failure to return the parking permit, or for a lost permit, a replacement charge will apply. 5) We have listed our property as suitable for an additional infant in addition to the two adult guests. You would need to provide your own travel cot. However please note there is not enough floor space in the bedroom for one and would have to be located in the open plan lounge.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

"Very clean and comfortable apartment just a short walk from the beach"

Very clean, spacious and nicely decorated apartment with everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Excellent communication from the host who allowed us to check in early. We had no problem parking outside to load and unload and the nearest carpark (overlooking the beach) was less than a 5 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again.

"Perfect for a comfortable stay during a friend’s wedding"

We booked this property for my friend’s wedding and it was absolutely perfect! The property itself is incredibly modern, well equipped and Helen (host) was so lovely and had great communication throughout our stay. She even left lots of lovely goodies at the property (cake, tea, milk etc).

Not necessarily something we ‘didn’t like’ but my partner and I were working remotely on Monday and would say that the internet wasn’t the best so difficult to join zoom calls as the internet wasn’t strong enough but if you’re staying there for a holiday then you shouldn’t have a problem.

"Exceptional"

Luxurious, spacious apartment with everything you might need. Even a laundry machine which was great. We made a lovely hike along the South West Coast Path from the apartment.

No parking on the street, but a parking permit for a nearby carpark was provided. The bathroom remained very damp after showering, even with all the windows open.
