Clean and reasonably well equipped. Location is in the middle of a busy strip.

Having to travel by taxi to collect keys arriving late, this was an additional negative. 13 euros for a taxi to collect them from a keysafe. Why could it not have been outside the apartment. Apartment on 2nd floor, no lift and around 40 steps to climb with a suitcase. (Guests aged 69 and 77) Apartment is newly refurbed and reasonably well equipped. However, no instructions re anything. Had to keep ringing booking.com office to find out re more toilet rolls, bin bags and fresh towels. To be advised that they didn't provide toilet rolls and bin bags, we had to buy our own. Also had to bag up rubbish and take it out and find a bin to put it in. To get fresh towels you have to ring and give 24 hours notice. The apartment is long and narrow. Dining area one end and kitchen the other. Constantly walking up/down a long hallway. Aircon is by the kitchen, nothing in the lounge area up the other end, so Lounge gets very warm as sun on all day. If you open windows, you can't hear yourself speak the noise is so loud. Bathroom between sink and door is so narrow, we kept catching/scratching ourselves on the sharp corner of the drawer as you enter exit. I am a slim woman. When leaving another 13 euro taxi journey to take back keys by 11am. Jumping cases back down stairs. Would not stay in this apartment again if it was free. Just to add, it wasnt exactly cheap. And two days before arriving I was told I had to pay an extra 200€ deposit, which hopefully I'll get back 🤞Hope this helps, particularly if your not young, strong and like a decent nights sleep.

It right in the heart of the town lot's going on and easy to get around lot to do shopping and eating.

The only thing that we didn't like was that the stairs where very steep & narrow inside the apartment hard getting the bags up & down

Slightly noisy on a night / morning. The hot water in the shower didn’t last for all 4 people.

Unbeatable location, we watched the Easter procession from the living room window! Right in downtown Benidorm, close to Beach, Shops, Restaurants. Nicely renovated beautiful 2BR apartment.

No elevator and the keys had to be picked up from/dropped off at an office which was not very close to the property.
