Flamingo 108: Modern Apt with Balcony

The apt was cute small

My bedsheet were wet and the staff … i think i mever head this rude and unwelcoming check in i talked to perchstays via whatsapp to state my complaints also i booked the room with ocean and mountain view but the rooom i was left in had a construction side view also not ocean or mountain view so wrong description i asked for upgrade and i had to sleep in a wet / damp bed the first night nothing has been done in return or as an apology no room upgrade nothing in the end i got left on read .

comfortable beds, location

balcony is not usable, you need to keep curtains close all the time, the bed is comfortable but the price does not worth it.

Proximity to everything i needed...i liked that.

Everything in that room is compact. There is no space. The bathroom is worse.

The location was perfect

To be able to check in earlier than given time

The peace and quietness is top notch…. Staffs where very helpful

I didn’t have light a whole night and I slept in the cold

I like the apartment with its facilities and cleaness

The fact that the air-conditioned was not working it was very cold but they came to fix but it only worked for 1 day and that they only clean after 7 days of stay there
