The location was good , the building was nice. The front desk staff and valet were friendly.

We are very disappointed with the maintenance and management of this property. We specifically chose this apartment because my elderly mother-in-law cannot use a bathtub, so having a properly working shower was essential. From the first day of our stay, the shower was not functioning correctly—it only had hot water and was unusable. We reported the issue immediately. Maintenance came and informed us it was fixed, but the problem remained unresolved. The following day, another technician came and said a part of the shower was broken and would be repaired the next day. Unfortunately, the issue was still not fixed. Despite multiple reports and visits from maintenance, the shower was never repaired during our entire 6-day stay. This significantly impacted our comfort and experience, and we are very disappointed that the issue was not resolved in a timely manner.

Valet parking workers were friendly. Location was good, right next to beach.

Cleaning where horrible. There was a birds nest on our balcany with eggs in side the nest. Meaning it wasn't new nest. Dishwasher wasn't working and they never gave us answer are they going to replace it or fix it. Gym, sauna and "spa" were out of order. They did tell this after booking. Our booking was no money back if you canceled. Would be nice to know before you booked that it's out of order.
