Love the location, have stayed at this resort and adjacent GulfPort resort multiple times. However this is the first time staying at this Condo and dealing with this Manangement Company. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONDO.

Never received Check-in or Checkout instructions. I had to call number on email confirmation to get location of third party to check in at alternate location. NOTE: the rep was very rude on the phone and kept telling me to read the instructions, which I never received. The Front Door is damaged and had to pull on door to unlock. This could be a wonderful rental, however the management company is terrible, NO Towels in the condo, one single ply roll of Toilet paper, two trash bags. NO dishwasher, NO Blanket. The "blanket" on the beds is a duvet cover, with no duvet inside. basically, you have two sheets on the bed, and no extra covers in the closet. There is no black out curtain in the bedroom, and the pool area just outside the window is lit up 24 hours. The plug for the nightstand in bedroom is damaged and the lamp would come on and off. The ceiling fan light cord is very short, If you’re short you can’t reach the cord to turn off the ceiling fan light.The springs in the couch are non-existent, be prepared to need help getting off the couch. Everything you expect in an AIRBNB this was not. It is horriblly stocked; only one cup to drink out off which was plastic cup in the cabnet, however I think their was 30 different knifes in the kitchen.

Great location. Great pool and bbq area.

Our room we had booked was dirty. Sand everywhere, beds weren't made. Host were very responsive and gave us a different room immediately. Unfortunately it was missing sheets for the fold out and there were no towels. After calling the host again they brought what was needed
