Pro: Can cater for a large group of people, pet-friendly Airbnb.

Con: Airbnb is not well-maintained and not clean. The furniture and fitting are all torn and deteriorated. The waiting time for the lift is the killing part (took 15 to 30 mins to get in). Not worth the price paid.

Decent location

Almost everything about the property was sub par in particular the cleanliness and tidiness. Photos to support this statement can be provided. Walls were dirty and floors , dusty. Everything in the apartment was dated .

Sufficient space for a family. The living room floor was clean. Wardrobe in bedrooms. Convenient location & parking space provided. Clear instructions given for key collection/return.

1.The sofa in the living room was filthy and old with scratch marks. There was a build up of dust and strand of hair along the top back of the sofa. I sent photo to the owner. I spent an hour wiping down the sofa. The next occupants will have a cleaner sofa to sit on. 2. There was a bad smell in the ensuite bathroom. The second bathroom was fine. 3. The bathroom floors were wet when we arrived. 4. There were linen hanging out on the balcony when we arrived. 5. Bed linen looked old & some torn. 6. The lifts were slow/ insufficient.
