Alpine Windsong

It was like staying in yours grandma cabin - we liked the atmosphere of the place. Also, hot tub on the balcony is a super advantage.

The customer service wasn't super friendly: 1. We had a problem with getting the code to the apartment; 2. When we asked them where we can find the barbecue, they didn't know the answer; 3. When we have found the barbecue, we saw that it is broken, we sent them an information but didn't get any response; 4. We didn't get any response on our ask about the confirmation that they had deleted our credit card number. Also, we didn't like the idea that we have to send them our credit card information, without any reassurance when they delete our CC data. Also, the barbecue is broken.

Beautiful views

View was incredible. The cabin itself was great. roomy without being too big but large enough to accommodate 3 adults and 2 kids without feeling cramped. I could lay in bed with the blinds open and see for miles over the hills and mountains. I would stay here again without hesitation. We even opted to stay 1 more night because the place was great.

The TVs in the bedroom were comcast. That service was turned off. The living room had Xfinity and it worked great. So, we could only watch 1 of the 3 TVs in the cabin. To keep the kids entertained you can guess how much of their stuff we had to watch. All 3 should be on the same service or at least in working order. Not a MAJOR problem but a big annoyance when we wanted to settle down. The awning on the deck either didn't work or the controls were not out. With the rain we hoped to lower it and sit on the swing. This is not a problem, but it would have been nice to have had a way to keep a few of the outside seats dry.

The cabin had every convenience we could as for. The view was fantastic.

The ice maker didn’t work.
