Great staff, good continental breakfast. Really cool digital nomad style lounge area. Good location. Can walk anywhere. Room good size and quiet.

They dont clean the room during the stay.

The room was really good and so were the facilities. Staff were friendly and welcoming and everything was very easy to navigate.

Only small things - the bed was a bit noisy and the window would have benefited from a net curtain as well as the main curtain (as I felt a bit overlooked). The only bad thing was the shower - almost no power from the main shower so I used the handheld.

Breakfast arrangements were good, plenty of food at the buffet and a reasonable range. Location was good, very convenient. Common lounge and breakast area / working area were all good, plenty of room and power connections available. Staff were generally friendly and helpful and willing to solve any problems.

Arrival was pretty frustrating, the team appeared to be struggling, and there was delays beyond the agreed check in time (30 mins +), and cleaning of the room was pretty poor (once highlighted, the team sorted quickly and satisfactorily). Only other comment was ai con in common areas did get VERY cold at certain times.
