Sehr schönes und perfekt ausgestattetes Appartement (wie bei Freunden zu Gast) in genialer Lage direkt am Strand. Der Strand ist grossartig und erstaunlich wenig voll.

Close to the beach, pool in front of the condo and high standard of everything abailable in the condo. Beds were were very confortable. We have not missed anything.

"Beautiful Oasis"

This condo and Cocoa Beach were everything we could've asked for and more! Walking into the unit we instantly felt a sense of home. Jan was excellent at communicating and went above and beyond in helping us have an enjoyable time in the area and the condo is fully stocked with anything you might need. Cocoa Beach has a relaxed and calm atmosphere, the perfect low key place to go walk around the area and of course along the beautiful beach. Thank you Jan for creating such a beautiful Oasis!

That we didn't stay longer than we did.

"Excellent apartment and host!"

Excellent location for both cruise terminals, beach and town! Deadbolt entry so it wasn’t a problem that we had been delayed upon arrival. Apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we could need. Very spacious. Easy parking. And Jan was always available and so so helpful! Would definitely recommend!

"Fun at Kennedy Space Center with restful stay at this great property."

Comfortable beds and furniture. Plenty of closet space and even hangers! Granddaughter loved the pool and the adults loved the beach. You could hear the ocean at night.
