The property was clean and ideal for our group as we liked having a separate bathroom for each bedroom. The beds were basic, but comfortable enough for a weekend trip for our group. We were visiting our friend who is studying at Brighton University and lives around the corner, so the location was perfect for us. It was around a 30 minute pleasant walk to the seafront. There were plenty of shops, cafes and pubs within a few minutes walk. The hosts sent helpful information about parking etc. and we opted to book a space on JustPark a 6 minute walk away.

There was no shower gel provided in any of the three showers. It would have been a nice touch if this was provided complimentary, since other bits such as washing up liquid, hand soap, toilet roll and teabags were provided. It was a bit inconvenient as we didn't realise until some of us actually wanted a shower and then had to pop out to buy some.
