Second time staying at this property still worth it me and my family enjoyed our stay in the nice quiet area

House in lovely quiet location big field and a little park a quick walk from the house. Had couple little issues when first got there but staff were fast to respond and get issues sorted would definitely stay here again, was great for my family. Lovely touch having tvs in the bedrooms

Sadly there is nothing positive I can say about my very short time in this property, my only advice too other guests is to shop around, save your money, and go else where other wise you will be let down.

Upon arrival they key fob fell off into my hand and would not return in place. I left my things as I entered and had a look around the property, It's a good job I did before settling in. I tried the TV and the plug blew in my hand and caused an electric shock. I then walked around the property and spotted blood on the main bedroom floor, and poo yes poo on the bed and bed throw. I called booking customer service explained that I would be checking out, and informed the owners, who are rubbish at reaching. I checked out and as the key fob wouldn't return in place I had to post the keys through the letter box after locking up. Luckily I have photo and video evidence of my findings and was hopefully of a full refund. It cost me £268 and I was offered a mere £24.23p refund which to the owners seems fair. Please take this as a warning please book else where. I have posted screen shoots from my videos, if anyone wishes to see them please feel free to reach out to me, I'd be happy to share. This place needs closing down it's a health hazard and I will inform environmental health and trading standards of my findings, I am also seeking legal action to claim my full refund along with compensation for the stress both emotional and physical the owners have had on me due to their lack of response and professionalism.

An ideal sized property for a family of four. It felt like being at home, even though we were only there for a few days. We will be back.

Parking was on the street, and the property was adjacent to a bend in the road. There is more secure off-road parking at the rear of the property. Could this not be used instead?

Everything was clean in the house

Trying to contact staff nobody was available to answer my call.
