Location, next to Jesselton Point where the boats can take you to nearby islands. Just a short walking distance. The property is located at 30th floor where you’ll have scenic views of the mountains and a bit of the sea. The place is cosy and comfortable. The a/c, shower works perfectly. We even use the provided washing machine and dryer, so we don’t have to queue at the LG laundry. Owner is responsive and quick to reply. Instructions were clear and detailed. Do let the owner know if you are driving a car, as I was provided with a season pass for parking.

I wish the induction stove would’ve worked, but it was not our priority. The floor in the living room is a bit loud when walking across it, that we might disturb the people below us. Other interesting places are quiet far, unless if you like to walk. It is located on a one way street, so if you are driving, you might need to make longer u-turn to get to the waterfront area.
