Beautiful Airy 1 Br Condo with Loft Golf Course View Pool Hot tub 209A

Location is excellent but keep in mind that there are people in the condos that actually live there.

Came back to the condo and someone had set up a white pop up tent and was wrenching their truck in our designated stall. Nowhere to park. We left and came back to see if he would move. Still there. We parked on the grass because there was no other stalls and then We left a second time to see if he would be gone and he was still there. There was no staff at that time of night to help us or ask him to move his tent. We parked somewhere else and hoped we weren’t going to get a ticket. The condo is okay, it’s very hot no AC. Walls are thin and the condo is outdated. One small tv in the living room. The view was beautiful and location was excellent. For the price in that area is was nice.

Large living space with large balcony.

No air condition in the entire place, windows don't fully close therefore you hear outside noise (neighbors, cars in the morning). Many stairs to the apartment straight up. (The golf course is on the other side of a busy road. ) The apartment requires some refurbishment!!

It was absolutely wonderful. They had everything that you would need. Clean and great location.

Downstairs neighbors are not friendly and they tend to get unkind.

The view is nice, there were more than enough towels, kitchen fully equipped, washer and dryer. They provide beach chairs which is nice. Appartment was clean, little bit more run down then the pictures suggest. Quite private even though neighbours are really close. Good stores nearby.

One of the neighbours smoked pod a few times a day which you smelled in the apartment. As mentioned there is no airconditioning which is quite standard. Door code didn’t work when we arrived b it they reset the code when we called. Be extra careful locking the door, just closing it you can still open it from the outside (turn the lock). There is a lot is noice in general (quite busy road in front, chickens) we used earplugs during the night/
