Everything was good. Building was nice and clean. Smells good. The unit is nice and spacious great for entertaining. Balcony in room and living area. Easy access to the beach, food and shopping. Nice central location to Miami and Fort Lauderdale.

There were hidden fees that were not stated in the booking instructions. Be prepared for a $250 deposit and $30 a day resort fee. The parking fee of $28 a day is stated in booking so that wasn’t a surprise. Booking will say at the end once you book that you don’t have to pay nothing at the property because they take the full amount that includes the parking and resort fee but refund that portion because when you get to the resort they charge you again. It’s confusing as to why they do it like that but that’s how it’s done.

El cobro de Zonas comunes que en mi caso nunca uso como piscina o gym mis viejos son de trabajo, el cobro de 250 dólares de garantía es excesivo La verdad no será de ninguna manera mi próxima elección por estas dos casos

The service and there was a charge for everything, since we booked it from a third party and the front desk stated that anything we needed we would have to contact our third party host to get any type of service , if not there would be charges for said services, the worst experience ever , I’m not booking with a third party anymore. As a matter of fact I’m deleting book.com today and I will not do any other bookings through any third party if this is how the guest are treated , I was told my deposit will be refunded once I check out but when I checked out, I was told it will be refunded within 5 to 10 business days. I just don’t like the line be up. Front tell the truth.

El lugar comodo, cerca a la playa y muy tranquilo

Nos exigieron pagar 150 dolares que no estaban en la publicacion, ademas de 200 dolares de deposito, deben actualizar sus publicaciones ya que eso es publicidad engañosa

The view from the balcony and cleanliness was the best part .

The immediate fees as soon as you walk in was overwhelming . Valet gouging you for $50 a day for valet but take 20 mins to get your car . The 250 deposit also still hasn’t been returned and it’s been 6 days . I’ve never had a hotel / condos hold it that long . The staff was very passive aggressive when I asked for certain amenities, and even gave the wrong directions . Most likely will not be returning .
