"A little more customer care would have helped a bit better"

I assumed the cleaning fee was for cleaning the room during our stay, no change of bed or towels, tried to contact someone and got no reply, on the information we were told the WiFi password would be in the room, then was told no WiFi. The air conditioning didn’t work, when spoke to reception we were told to contact the agent. I have stayed in Atlantis many years ago and it was of a higher standard. My friend stayed in number 4 at the same time and there apartment had a washing machine and air conditioning. Was very disappointed with the property. Regards Karen Borthwick

Location was brilliant - room was standard , we only used to shower and sleep and head back out :)

No air con. Before we went I emailed and asked was there air con/ fan and they told me yes there was. There was no air con at all room was roasting - hard to sleep . Sun property sent an email with a number to text if any queries. I sent the following morning after arrival asking about air con and could we have a fan . Never got a reply from them - lucky it wasn’t too important or I’d still be waiting. In the end we went to the supermarket and purchased our own fan! Apart from that - property was fine

"It is very central and we enjoyed the view at night it is cheap accommodation"

The apartment is very tired and shabby looking now and desperate needs to be updated because of this is never looks clean Curtain hanging of patio door Only one coffee we ended up buying another one and leaving it there no ironing board

Its location

Bathroom needs an update, the shower curtain was a joke & the shower head needs to be replaced urgently. The living room curtain was half hanging off & there was a musty smell. Needs Updating!
