Harpers Yard - 30 Chipping Norton

Excellent location to explore the Cotswolds and great walking access to Chipping Norton. Clean and warm with enough facilities for a short break

Only negative is the lounge area could have done with another comfy chair so 4 adults could sit

Fantastic location, comfortable, clean, modern and well appointed apartment, easy check in / out process, great communication. Great beds, super comfy!

Floorboards in upstairs bathroom extremely creaky and noisy (apartment 2), very disruptive to people sitting downstairs or during the night if the bathroom is used. Would be practical to add a screen and mount the handheld shower in the upstairs bathroom so it could be used as a bathtub and/or shower. It’s practically useless for people who don’t need a bathtub, and forces all occupants to use downstairs shower - a bit crowded and awkward.

I loved the space, rooms were spacious, ideal for a small family. Very modern and tastefully decorated. I really liked Ev charging right outside, and it had easy access instructions and check out steps. Home was clean throughout and host was great! The location is just stunning, and right on the high street which is so handy for restaurants and shops.

There was no oven in kitchen (which was my fault I didn’t read) but was the only thing I would have liked. Beds were also very firm which was abit hard for me, but might be ok for others. Loveedddd everything else!

We just got home from our second stay in 1 Harpers Yard this year! We loved it so much in April we had to book to come back again! The house is so lovely and cosy. It’s in the most perfect location close to so many towns and right in the high street so it was easy to just go for a walk or a quick drink in the local pub! We enjoy this property because we have a little dog, and it’s really difficult to often find somewhere that has a complete closed of garden and I like that in this property it has that, so the dog can just wander around the garden and we don’t have to worry. The host is great with contact, replies really quickly and has managed to get us early check in on both occasions which we were really grateful. Already looking at when we can book our 3rd stay in this house, it’s become a home from home!

It was quiet and spacious

The upstairs shower had no control of the hot water even after turning the boiler down the tap control didn’t alter the temperature so couldn’t really use that shower to hot

Great location. Clean. Secure car park. Lovely and warm after being out in the cold and rain at Blenheim palace for the day. Would definitely stay again

Was surprised that there was no oven in number 4.. and unfortunately there were only two temperatures on the shower: boiling or scalding (hopefully that can be fixed). Could not stand in a shower without risking burn injury.
