"UNHOME FOR A TOURIST"

THE LOCATION WAS VERY NICE!!!

THE CKECK IN AND CHECK OUT...WE RENT IT 4 PEOPLE FOR A DAY AND HE WANTED ALL OUR DETAILS AND WE WERE BUYING IT WITH A CONTRACT. 1.5 HOURS OUT IN THE COLD TO AGREE (THEY SPOKE NO ENGLISH ONLY SPANISH) IT WAS NOT WRITTEN ANYWHERE IN ENGLISH IN THE BOOKING SITE, THAT HE WANTED SO MUCH DETAILS FOR THE CHEK IN, THE SAME FOR THE CHEK OUT. I WOULD SUGGESTE TO CHOOSE ANOTHER ACCOMMODATION OR HOTEL

"It took a full hour to enter into the apmt. Fine but very basic."

The apartment as such was fine, although elementary--no WiFGui, no garbage bags… But entering the property was timeconsuming and a big problem with a disabled person. It required almosdt 1 hour, from the last call when we informed that we had arrived (7:44) until 8:50. First, the comnpany's person did spare herself walking to the entrance door, and had us looking for the door in the wrong building. Despite the presence of a disabled girl in the cold. Then we had to wait outside until a neighbor told us we were in the wrong building. Then we found out that despite the accessibility note in Booking, they gave as un apartment with internal stairs . The next did not have pollow cases in one room, we used towels. We have to go back to Zaragoza, but will not chose these apartments again.
